Doppel is a personal AI phone assistant for one owner. This page explains what Doppel does with data from his Google account.
Only its owner. Doppel is a private app, not a public service. It connects to one Gmail account, his own.
Doppel asks Google for no other permissions.
Doppel does not copy the owner's mailbox. Its records of email tasks hold only counts and Gmail message ids, never email addresses, subjects or email text. An email he has asked Doppel to send is held for a few minutes while he confirms it, and then deleted.
Like every call, the briefing call has a transcript, a recording and a short summary. If Doppel reads part of an email aloud, that part can appear in them. They stay in the owner's own private storage, his private Telegram chat and his dashboard until he deletes the call.
The Google sign-in token is kept as an encrypted secret of the app, so that Doppel can reach the mailbox when he asks.
Doppel runs on Cloudflare Workers. The AI voice provider that speaks on the call hears what is said and read aloud on the call, so it processes that text too.
Google data is not sold, not shared with anyone, not used for ads, and not used to train AI models.
Doppel's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
The owner can stop Doppel's access to his Google account at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Choose Doppel and remove its access.
